Lilith NYC is a Queens-based brand for women, femmes, and all underrepresented folks in the sneaker world. The founder Sarah Sukumaran hails from Elmhurst, Queens – where sneaker culture reigns supreme. She draws inspiration from the cultural heritage of Queens and her background as the daughter of Tamil refugees.
Her early love for sneakers led to a professional career at Nike. After cutting her teeth at the footwear giant, she ventured out on her own to create a sneaker designed specifically for women’s lifestyle.
Lilith NYC is very much about embracing our divine feminine energy, our Shakti, and recognizing one’s agency to show up as they wish.
