A normal average Indian Family. A stereotyped role and unable to meet the standard of normal after marriage. I’ve sacrificed everything for my family – self esteem; my own self; my choices.
After a big trauma event, I started seeking help from therapists; hypnotherapists and on social media. Through everything, my psychology portal was my kids, my parents and brother were my resources. My mom was gravely sick but with grit and perseverance, I overcame it.
My business is to help other women and I want to support as many women in their journey to find themselves. Don’t fall in love – rise in love. Love yourself before you love anybody.
